1. Site and terms
These terms govern use of apex-research.click and any enquiry, waitlist signup or order for GHK-Cu Tallow Balm from Apex Research. By using the site, joining the waitlist or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Cosmetic product
GHK-Cu Tallow Balm is presented and supplied as a cosmetic skincare product. It is not presented as a therapeutic good, and we make no claim that it diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. Product photographs are illustrative; natural ingredients can vary in colour, scent and texture between batches.
3. Customer discretion and safety
Selection and use of the product are at the customer's discretion. Before ordering or use, review the full ingredient list and directions, decide whether the product is suitable for your circumstances, patch test before first use, use externally only, store it as directed, and stop use if irritation occurs. Nothing on this site is medical advice; seek appropriate professional advice about any concern.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
GHK-Cu Tallow Balm is currently out of stock and this storefront does not accept orders or payment. Joining the restock waitlist is not an order and creates no obligation on either side.
When direct online ordering is enabled and stock is available, a submitted order is an offer to buy. We may accept it by sending an order or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for unavailable stock, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, unverifiable payment, an undeliverable address, or unlawful supply; a cancelled paid order will be refunded.
Prices will be shown in Australian dollars and will include GST where applicable. The price, any delivery charge and the payment methods actually available will be disclosed before you pay. We expect to offer card payment, including the card types shown on the site, through an independent payment processor; the processor will be named on the site once appointed: [FIGURE NEEDED]. Only the methods offered during the order process are available. Payment must clear before dispatch, and you should never send funds using instructions from any other source. A pricing or availability error may be corrected before we accept your order.
5. Delivery destinations, title and risk
We currently intend to supply Australian addresses only. We may extend delivery to other destinations in future; if we do, availability will be confirmed during the order process. We may decline an address we cannot lawfully or reliably serve. Title passes once payment has cleared. Risk passes on delivery to the address you supplied, subject always to non-excludable rights and carrier-loss remedies under applicable law.
6. Returns and remedies
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains reporting windows and return instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable Australian law. Where a failure engages a non-excludable guarantee, the remedy will be the remedy required by law.
7. Website use and intellectual property
Site design, text, images, branding and code are owned by us or our licensors. We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to view the site for personal shopping and enquiry purposes. You must not unlawfully copy, modify, distribute or exploit site material; scrape or disrupt the site; bypass security; transmit malicious code; impersonate another person; submit false information; or use the site for fraud or other unlawful activity.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the site and product are provided without any guarantee of a particular cosmetic outcome, result, or suitability for your individual circumstances. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free site availability. These exclusions do not affect non-excludable Australian Consumer Law rights.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and for loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the site, the product or an order is capped at the greater of the price of the affected order and [FIGURE NEEDED].
This exclusion and cap do not apply where prohibited by law, and do not exclude, restrict or modify a non-excludable right, guarantee, remedy or liability under the Australian Consumer Law, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Customer indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify us against a third-party claim, and reasonable direct loss or cost arising from it, only to the extent it was caused directly by your breach of these terms, misuse or alteration of the product, failure to follow supplied directions, or unlawful resale or transfer. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our breach, negligence or other wrongful act, and it does not limit a non-excludable right or liability.
11. Events beyond our control, changes and general terms
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, but this does not remove an obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may change the site and these terms prospectively; the version in force when an order is accepted governs that order. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is severed or read down to the minimum extent necessary and the rest continues to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Australian law and the courts or tribunals with lawful jurisdiction govern disputes. Nothing in these terms removes a non-excludable right or remedy available under applicable consumer law.
