What is your return policy?
Given the nature of the products and our fulfilment process, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges and cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been placed, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Where an item arrives damaged or defective, reply to your order confirmation within 48 hours of delivery, quoting your order number and enclosing photographs.
